Isabelle Collin-Lachaud



Isabelle Collin-Lachaudis a professor of marketing. She holds a PHD in business from the University of Tours, and earned her HDR (French post-doctoral degree allowing to supervise PhD students) from the University of Lille 2. Her research interests focus on relational marketing, the concept of "experience" in consumption, loyalty and new consumer behaviors (such as wise-shopping). She has published in Décisions Marketing, Management et Avenir, International Journal of Arts Management and Gestion 2000. She participated in different collective handbooks and  also communicated in several french conferences.
